Thank you for your interest in signing up to be a member of Gerber Analytics. As a member, the additional information you get will allow you to easily see how players are progressing throughout the season in comparison with their teammates and friends.
- High school coaches will find this information to be very beneficial for evaluating players, identifying the best line-ups, and assisting with end-of-season record keeping.
- Parents will want this information to see how their child progresses during the season and to save all of the results for that high school scrapbook.
- College coaches will find the information to be very beneficial in identifying and tracking recruits.
- Indoor clubs can easily monitor the kids in their programs.
How much additional information is part of the member-only service? You receive all of the match history associated with all schools for the entire season. You also get the List of Upcoming Matches report and the Same Day Match Results report as they are entered by coaches.
The seasonal cost is $14.95 and $24.95 for high school coaches. (The $24.95 fee for coaches is an introductory price.) The coaches have a special area that permits them to create line-ups, enter scores and aces, and email the results to their local newspaper. The costs are on a "per season" basis (i.e. the girls season).
To give you an opportunity to try the service, a Trial Membership is available. The Trial Membership offering will not include the entire service, but it will give you all of this year's information for a specific school.

On the same day, you will receive an email to confirm the email address that you provided along with information on how to pay (if applicable). Please use your primary email account as your User Name. For a password, please keep it very simple and under no circumstances should you use the same password as you use for other accounts (i.e. eBay, email, Facebook).

After you click on "Purchase Membership", you will be logged in and you may access all of the season results for all teams. Please expect to receive an email within a day or two. The purpose of the email is to validate your email address and to instruct you on how to pay (if applicable). Please acknowledge receipt of my email as quickly as possible.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Can I constantly change the high school for my Trial Membership? If your player changes schools, then maybe, but if it is to dodge paying $14.95, then no. You get a game penalty for even thinking about it.
Are you distributing free memberships? Yes. Even though it would be great if I could become a hundred-aire or maybe even a thousand-aire from this effort, this site was created to recognize and benefit the kids. Others who can recognize and benefit the kids include members of the press and college coaches. If they request memberships, they will be provided memberships free of charge. Hopefully this will promote additional newspaper articles from the press and more interest in Central Ohio players from the college coaches.
May I share my membership with others? To a degree but just with your immediate family. This falls under the common-sense rule. If the grandmother in Minneapolis wants to see her grandchild's results once in a while, that's great. Sharing your membership with friends is not permitted. Usage will be monitored. Also, note that grandmother may now become a Trial Member.
If I join near the end of the season, what will my cost be? $14.95. This is a rather unique service because the data becomes more valuable as the season progresses.
Do you have any money making opportunities for the teams? Yes. To make a bit of money for your team and for Gerber Analytics, LLC , teams may sell up to two ads on their team's report page. I want $75 and you may sell them for $125 - $150. These ads need to be non-tennis-related. Good examples include your mom or dad's business, doctors, dentists, pizza shops, and real-estate agents. (Just look in your football program for potential advertisers.) Email the ads (160 x 400 pixels) to me for prior approval before you sell them. The ads would run on your team's page (for the girls and boys) from "now" until March 5, 2012. If you need help in creating an ad, assistance will be provided. The ad above in the right-hand side bar is a great example.
I really cannot afford the $14.95 even after I have cut back on movies, soft drinks at McDonald's, coffee at Starbucks, People Magazine, and cell phone text messages, but I really want this information. What can I do? For a limited number of kids, I will consider letting you spend an hour or two to clean up the trash and debris around your tennis courts and/or neighborhood as payment for the membership. Just get my prior approval on this, then send me a smiling picture of you with full trash bags. I would also like "before and after" pictures, which I will likely post online. One other thing -- your courts need to stay clean.
