The Southwestern Buckeye League schools are grouped in the following divisions:
Southwestern: Bellbrook, Brookville, Eaton, Franklin, Milton-Union, Oakwood, and Valley View.
Buckeye: Carlisle, Dixie, Middletown, Monroe, Northridge, Preble Shawnee, and Waynesville.
